What happens when you realize that two customers were set up for the same customer in Microsoft Dynamics Dynamics 365 Business Central?  You need to merge customer accounts in Business Central.

To do this, go to Customer Record and select Actions>>Functions>>Merge With

From this window, select the customer that you want to merge and hit Merge.
